Entry Fee: Elite & *Premier Divisions - $300 per team plus $45 per game ref fee’s *Premier division is limited to “C”, “D”, & newer teams & players! Elite division is for “A” or “B” teams, but any team can play. If a team or any players played on an “A” or “B” team for spring or summer 2011 they are not eligible to play in the premier division. Players may not play in both division for this event, you must pick one and stick with that team. This will be strictly enforced and if a team challenges your roster before or during a game and the rule is not followed you will be forfeited (no exceptions). This will be based upon DMVFFL & DMVFFL Officials discretion.
Deadline: All registrations must be Paid in Full by *Monday August 15Th, brackets will be posted by no later than Wednesday night August 17Th! *Accepting the first 16 paid teams for each division! Awards: Elite & Premier Champions will receive $1500 cash (minimum 12 teams, 11 teams & less will be $1000, 16 teams will be $2000), Individual Player Awards, & Team MVP’s Champs & Runner Up’s Sponsor/Team Trophy’s (minimum 10 teams) Runner Up will also receive ½ USFTL Paid Bid (with minimum 10 teams)

This event includes a FULL ON FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT with divisions for YOUTH and ADULT featuring RECREATIONAL and COMPETITIVE divisions for MALE, FEMALE and COED teams.
This is a fun event and is open to anyone and everyone who wants to spend the day surrounded by football fans of types !!!
We will feature 5v5, 7v7 and 8v8 Divisions, with the 8v8 Division offering a CASH PRIZE (OPEN to the first 8 teams only)
The tournament format will have teams competing in Round-Robin Brackets and all teams are guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games.
The TOURNAMENT will not be the only thing happening throughout the day as we will feature Vendor Booths, Festival Foods, Gaming Lounge, BEER GARDEN for the ADULTS, Tailgate Style Tournaments of CORNHOLE, Beer Pong and Horseshoes (this is the home of the Preakness !!!) as well as LIVE MUSIC for your enjoyment !!!

If you are looking to register your team, things are pretty simple......
1) Get you team together and have ONE person act as Captain or Manager
We will need someone from your team (YOU???) to act as a team representative and sign-up....not team roster or player names at this time...just that you will be entering a team.
2) Register on-line through our secure server
We take registrations on-line via our secure server. We only need ONE (1) person to do this for your team. Please make sure you enter a valid email as we will send additional instructions (including Roster and Waivers for your team) to you as the organizer.
FULL Payment is required to register your team and we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. There is a one time service charge to our credit card host of $10 and will show up as a charge to Ticket Socket (Registration charges will be listed as ASG EVENTS on your statement)
The registration page is divided into the team format (5v5, 7v7 or 8v8 and you will have many choices for choosing a divisions...from SOCIAL to ELITE, your choice)
3) Get Ready to have a GREAT TIME at the event
Additional information will be sent to the email address of the person who registered the team. Please keep an eye out or bookmark emails from asgsports.com as well as asgevents.com. We will be sending waivers, rosters and other pertinent information to be collected on-site before you play your first game. SCHEDULES will not be released until the week of the event.
